Look into my eyes!!

Tragedies happen, miracles happen and even incidents happen, but I am a person who will always have such incident in life which makes me perplexed, expressionless, speechless and clueless. Here goes one more incident of my life.
“I will come by 5 O’clock, if you are going to office give me a call or go down and take breakfast before 9 as mess will close by that time” screamed my sister then banged the door and went to her office. I sheepishly got up from my bed and thought “my sister should have been some matron or warden; her screams are perfect for that”.
“Good Morning didi and how are you feeling now?” asked Neha.
Neha is my sister’s roommate, since she is cabin crew she looked glamorous even without makeup. I said “good morning” back and wondered “how can some girls be so wonderful that you just can’t take your eye away from them? hmm God’s creation only he knows the answer”. I got up half heartedly and had some gossips with Neha, then she left to touch the sky on the wings of man made bird (airplane). I was left all alone in room with some teddy bear lying here and there staring at me. I never understood the reason for girls being so attached to soft toys, I always found it to be ridiculous and unhygienic, these girls really don’t understand the amount of dust that accumulates on these funny little dead creatures and always hug them as if it’s their real pets.
Since I was not feeling well and didn’t had proper sleep after the food poisoning so couldn’t gain the courage to go to office and that too in bus. The bus journey in Delhi is not that enchanting; you really need some courage to go, so I thought I will call up my boss and take a sick leave. I called him up and he granted me leave and I thought “It’s not even a month since I joined and he is such a nice person to grant me leave.” Well my boss is really a nice person; you ought to be lucky in this world to get a nice boss and I am few among the lucky ones. Cheers!
I was about to get up to take some medicine for my curable disease, suddenly someone knocked the door, although I was feeling tired but somehow I managed to reach till door. I opened the door and saw one fair and tall girl, she asked me
“Has Neha Left?”
I said “ya, it’s been an hour since she left for her office”.
“I stay in the last room of this corridor” she said.
Before she could ask my details I told her “I am Jenny’s sister” she didn’t seem to be interested in my sister’s name and said
“I don’t know Jenny”.
I got agitated when I heard this and thought
“My sister is so bad in socializing with people, the girls in her hostel doesn’t even know her”.
Then she asked “Do you know to put ‘Kajal’? Actually Neha told me she will put it for me, but since she had already left, Can you help me with this?”
I was wonder-struck and during the entire conversation she was not looking at me, she was looking somewhere else and I wondered whether she has squint eyes. With the helping intention I told her
“ya, why not? Come inside, although I am not as expert as Neha but definitely I can give a try”
She said “It’s okay! Neha is cabin crew she will be expert in makeup, anyways I will stand here and you put it for me”
“Crazy!” I thought and said “hey! You are tall, I can’t reach till your eyes, come inside and sit I will put it nicely for you”
She sat on the nearby bed and extended the kajal towards me. I took the kajal and tried to open it but since it was new model and had some different technique of opening it I was struggling hard to open it, but that girl was least bothered and was staring somewhere else and didn’t even bother to help me. I got furious, but somehow finally the kajal stick popped out.
I asked her “Do you want me to put it thick?” she said
“I usually don’t put kajal, but today since I am going out with my friends I thought of dressing up well. You can make anyway you like”
and I started my Herculean task of drawing Kajal, as I was about to draw I noticed her eyes, her eyes was one of the most beautiful eyes I had ever seen, it was elongated and almond shaped, she even had thick eye lashes. I felt like I am drawing some beautiful pair of eyes. When I finished my task I saw her eyes and thought “she got beautiful eyes, she should put kajal everyday to make it more graceful” I somehow didn’t feel like telling her this and told her to take a look at mirror to see whether it’s proper.
“I know it will be proper, anyways thanks a ton for helping me” saying this she left the room.
In the evening when Neha came I told her about the entire incident and asked her “Is she squint?”
Neha said “She doesn’t have squint eyes didi, she is blind.”
I was speechless and cold, I felt like someone has drained the blood out of my body and screamed “What??” then Neha said “ya! That’s true, she works from the hostel and she had been provided with the system meant for blind people and only once in a week she goes to office to submit her work”.
I was astonished and thought “how can God give her such a beautiful eyes without sight?” Well only God will have answer for it.
Nothing is perfect in this world, look at the peacock although it’s the most beautiful bird but its voice is awful similarly listen to cuckoo’s voice it so melodious but it doesn’t look good.
God’s miracles only he knows the answer, but he definitely have certain plan for all of us and that too better than we have for ourselves.
